Our client is international company of 4000 people, with a strong presence in Europe. In order to meet the challenges set by the top management, the head of IT infrastructure strengthens its service and recruits a:
IT Technician-PC Helpdesk (H/F)
You ensure PC users support as well as hardware and software installation, based on existing procedures. Everyday tasks are: incidents follow-up, problems analyzis, proposal and implementation of solutions, procedures writing, feedback reporting to the hotline coordinator.
You have a computer technician training, you have been working on a IT helpdesk platform for several years, and you can justify of:
- Good knowledge in Windows 7-8 technology
- Some knowledge in cash register program
- You have a good conversational level in Serbian-Croatian and Slovenian
- Conversational capacity in German or in English or in French is nice to have
Working independently, you are involved and rigorous. You are aware of the importance of good reporting.
Location: Germany (20km far from Strasbourg)
German labor contract (border status)
